A First-of-Its-Kind Wellness Concept in Dubai.
Verdes by Haven is an exclusive residential community within a wellness sanctuary in Dubai. Nestled within Aldar’s Haven masterplan, it interweaves nature and wellness throughout its 1,050 homes, creating a unique wellness concept that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle. Designed by OBMI, Verdes by Haven overlooks Al Habtoor Polo Club, as well as the central park of the Haven community, and the green spaces and walkways among the residential buildings. The architecture features curved forms, natural materials, and views of the landscapes and bodies of water flowing through the community. The layout of the units ensures an abundance of daylight, reduces noise pollution, and encourages residents to walk throughout with ease.
As the lead consultant, Dewan is ensuring the preservation of the design, leading BIM efforts, coordinating with consultants, obtaining necessary authority approvals, and issuing construction documents, with construction set to start in Q1 2025. The community has received a 3-star rating from Fitwel, the world’s leading healthy building certification, addressing a broad range of health aspects to enhance the resident living experience. The development has also received LEED Gold precertification for the masterplan and will incorporate sustainability measures into its design to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
